
This makes a perfect dessert, served with extra cookies on the side.
1 cup chocolate ice cream
¼ cup milk
1 ½ ounces white rum
1 ½ ounces white crème de cacao
4 chocolate cream-filled cookies, crumbled
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
Variations
CHOCOLATE ALMOND COOKIE COCKTAIL Omit the crème de cacao
and chocolate cream-filled cookies. Add 1 ½ ounces almond liqueur (such
as amaretto) and 4 crumbled almond cookies before blending.
CHOCOLATE GINGERSNAP COOKIE COCKTAIL Omit the crème de
cacao and chocolate cream-filled cookies. Add 1 ½ ounces ginger liqueur
(such as the Original Canton) and 4 crumbled gingersnaps before blending.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE COCKTAIL Omit the
chocolate cream-filled cookies. Add 4 crumbled peanut butter cream
cookies before blending.
PECAN COOKIE COCKTAIL Omit the chocolate ice cream and chocolate
cream-filled cookies. Add 1 cup butter pecan ice cream and 4 crumbled
oatmeal cookies before blending.
VANILLA COOKIE COCKTAIL Omit the chocolate ice cream and
chocolate cream-filled cookies. Add 1 cup vanilla ice cream and 4 crumbled
vanilla cream-filled cookies before blending.
