Homemade Granola Recipe
Learn how to make homemade granola with healthy, easy and excellent recipe. Granola is a great snack which all the girls love, and this recipe is exactly what I’m looking for. A delicious, basic granola recipe with only a few inexpensive ingredients!
Makes about 7 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups of Old Fashion Oats
2 cups of Sliced Almonds
1 cup of Dried Cranberries
1 cup of Dark Raisins
½ cup of Chopped Walnuts
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
½ cup of Honey
½ cup of Vegetable Oil
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
½ tsp of Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp of Salt
Process:
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together to combine all the dry ingredients, oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt, walnuts and cinnamon, set aside.
3) In a large measuring cup or a bowl, pour together wet ingredients, the honey, vanilla and vegetable oil and whisk, pour over the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
4) Put it in a large baking sheet, Spread mixture evenly in a thin layer on a 10×15 in large baking pan.
5) Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, toss it every 10 minutes to make sure everything is nicely browned and nothing’s burned.
6) Once it comes out of the oven, add in dry food, the raisins and cranberries or whatever you have. Put it in a cookie jar to store and enjoy at your leisure.
