Paneer bhurji is a popular dish loved by every Indian. Its a very easy recipe. It can be cook quickly. Paneer bhurji tastes good with Roti or parantha.
INGREDIENTS for Paneer bhurji recipe :
Paneer 200 gm, crumbled
Capsicum 2 medium size, finely chopped
Onion 1 medium size, finely chopped
Tomato 1 medium size, finely chopped
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Red chili powder 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
Green chili 2 , finely chopped
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
HOW TO COOK PANEER BHURJI:
Heat oil in a pan.
Cracker cumin seeds in hot oil.
Add green chili and chopped onion in pan and turn the onion colour golden.
Now add capsicum and sauce it for a while. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala to the pan. Mix spices well and apply a lid on pan . Now cook for 5-6 minutes till masala gets cooked.
Now add crumbled paneer and salt as per taste mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Its ready now.
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with roti or pratha.
