Poha is a very popular recipe for breakfast. It take very less time to cook . It is very good for health as it takes low oil to cook.

INGREDIENTS FOR POHA:

Poha or Chiwda 200 gm.
Peanuts 1/2 cup (Roasted )
Potato 1
Green Chili 2
Mustard Seeds 1 tea spoon
Onion 1 (For Granish )
Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
Red chili powder 
Salt (as per taste)
Oil 2 tbsp

HOW TO COOK POHA:

Take poha in bowl ,wash it and straing water quickly Now leave it for 10 minutes.
Peel potatoes ,cut into thin slices and wash them.
Finely chop green chilies . 
Take a pan and heat oil into it.
Crack mustard seeds int hot oil . Add green chilies into pan.
Now add potatoes into pan and roast it.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder to potatoes and mix well.
Now add poha to the potatoes and mix well. When poha completely mixed with potatoes. Put a lid on pan and leave for 2 minutes on slow flame. 
Now add peanuts to poha, mix wel and serve in a bowl or plate. Garnish with finely chopped onion.
